Terms of Service

1. The basics

These terms govern your use of the TVM HelpDesk portal operated by Technical Ventures & Management (“we”, “us”). By raising a ticket or signing in to a portal account, you agree to them.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit deliberately false, harassing, or abusive ticket content.
• Attempt to access tickets, comments, or assets that don’t belong to you or your organization.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to exploit the helpdesk infrastructure.
• Use the OTP or anonymous-tracking flows to enumerate user data.

We may suspend access immediately for serious or repeated violations, and we reserve the right to share evidence with law enforcement if required.

3. Service levels

Default SLAs are published on the homepage and apply to all tickets unless your contract specifies different terms. Contract clients see their negotiated SLA inside the client portal. We measure SLA compliance against the priority assigned at the time of ticket creation.

4. Out of scope

The helpdesk does not cover:

• Personal devices not registered as TVM-managed assets.
• Software that is not part of the supported stack listed in your contract.
• Recovery of data we did not originate (e.g. lost photos on a personal phone).

5. Your account

If your organization has a portal account, you’re responsible for keeping the password secret. Notify us immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to registered admins by email and shown on this page for 30 days. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi NCR.
